Maria Segura is a first-generation university graduate and first-generation homeowner who transformed her life through perseverance, faith, and a deep belief that real estate changes families forever.
As a former single teen mother, Maria knows what it means to start with very little — and what it takes to build something lasting. She raised her children while pursuing her education, earning both her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from San Diego State University.
Her own path to homeownership opened her eyes to the power of real estate in breaking generational cycles. Today, she is passionate about helping families do the same — turning rent payments into equity, and dreams into deeds.
